Moved to Portland, OR. Joined roster of PSU Group X instructors. Taught at seminar in Nov. 2019 in Toronto, ON at Naka Ima Dojo.
2004 – 2011
Practiced at Boulder Aikikai under Hiroshi Ikeda Shihan. Translated materials and continued to interpret at seminars for Endo Shihan.
2011 – 2019
Moved to Tokyo a few weeks before the 3/11 Tohoku Disaster/Tsunami. Practiced primarily at Hombu Dojo as well as Endo Shihan’s various dojos. Formed practice group ‘Aikido Yoshikaze’ around 2013.
1998 – 2004
Practiced at Aikikai Hombu Dojo. Instructors around this time included: Miyamoto, Seki, Yasuno, Osawa, Tada, Watanabe, Yokota, Ichihashi, Arikawa.
1992 – 1998
Practiced at Aikido of Fremont under Sunny Skys sensei. First encountered Endo Shihan around 1997.
